A 15+ Year Journey: From Bits to Molecules
My career is a story of evolution—from managing IT infrastructure to orchestrating global healthcare transformations. It's a journey that has taken me from the server rooms of India to the precision facilities of Europe, and ultimately to the intersection of technology and human health.
The Perspective
Having lived and worked across India, Germany, and Switzerland, speaking four languages fluently, and spanning disciplines from electrical engineering to digital health, I bring a genuinely global and multidisciplinary view to every challenge. I'm equally comfortable in code, models, compliance frameworks, or boardroom conversations. I believe the best solutions emerge when you understand both the human realities and the technical constraints on the ground.
2009-2012: The Infrastructure Years
I began at Wipro supporting enterprise infrastructure—networking, desktop engineering, and the foundational layers that keep organizations running. Later at Valuelabs extended the knowledge in mobile telephony and networks when Blackberry was still a thing.At CA Technologies, I moved into data protection, learning the art of backup strategies and early tape-to-cloud migrations. These were the glamorous roles of the day when Tape drives spin is a constant music working is data centers, but they taught me something invaluable: the importance of systems thinking and reliability in everything that follows.
2014-2021: The Manufacturing Renaissance
I transformed into an engineer—programming ABB & KUKA robots, optimizing laser cutting systems, and installing precision manufacturing equipment. This is the decade I started at Messer Cutting Systems, which taught me that great technology isn't measured in lines of code but in real-world impact in real-time systems where safety engineering defines success: milliseconds shaved from production with safety intact, yield improvements measured in percentage points, and the satisfaction of watching a machine you've calibrated produce perfectly cut components hour after hour.
2021-Present: The Healthcare Transformation
Accenture brought me back into the world of IT and consulting lead me into digital health—designing Patient-Reported Outcome platforms and collaborating with the H2O consortium on cross-border analytics. Now, at Takeda, I manage one of the pharmaceutical industry's most complex CRM transformations. Data; Architecting systems that enable life-changing clinical trials, ensuring compliance across borders, and building AI agents that make healthcare workers more effective.
What ties it all together? A relentless focus on platform reliability, regulatory rigor, and the human impact of every system I touch. Whether it's a laser cutting machine or a Salesforce compliance workflow, I ask the same question: Does this work reliably, safely, and for the people who matter most?
Today
As Associate Director within Commercial Innovation & External Experience at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, I am part of the orchestra of transformation overseeing the migration of 10,000+ users from legacy Veeva systems to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and there on for Healthcare Events & Engagements —a transformation spanning Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access at Enterprise level. I own the platform strategy, design the compliance architecture with regulatory rigor, and lead a team of 20+ developers, analysts, and architects. My work is about more than just technology; it's about pushing the boundaries of what healthcare platforms can do for patients, providers, and the people who make it all possible.
